Absolutely incredible experience I asked Reynaldo for a personal guided tour into Higuey, to show me how the Dominican Republic truly is We drove through the countryside, and Reynaldo provided so much information into the history and culture of Dominican Republic. He is an absolutely incredible conversationalist Then we drove all around Higuey, he translated for me, took me to actual local spots for real Dominican lunch and dinner. And took me around for shopping. He knew exactly where to go for what I wanted to buy I got to see everything. Reynaldo dedicated his entire day to me as my personal guide and translator I absolutely 100% would recommend Reynaldo to anybody. I felt completely safe with him, even in the most sketchy parts of Higuey. I truly wanted to see everything that Higuey had to offer, and Reynaldo made it happen Reynaldo you are truly one of a kind

Where will my driver meet me at Punta Cana International Airport (PUJ)?

After clearing customs and collecting your luggage, go to the arrivals exit. A representative, the driver assigned to your transfer, or both will be waiting just outside the exit with a sign showing our logo and your name. Do not follow anyone who approaches you inside the airport unless CaribeRide has identified them to you.

What happens if my flight is delayed or arrives early?

When we coordinate pickup with your flight, we use the flight number you provide to track its arrival and adjust your pickup time if the flight is delayed or arrives early. If you change your flight or itinerary, let us know on WhatsApp with your reservation number and updated details.

Can I book a round trip under one reservation?

Yes. Select round trip in the quote form. Your arrival and return remain under the same reservation number, although different drivers may be assigned to each journey.

How can I pay for my reservation?

Requesting a booking does not charge you. If the price is confirmed, you can use the secure online payment link in your booking details or email. Contact CaribeRide if you need another payment option; your booking shows whether payment is pending or recorded.
